To secure your party: A $125 deposit is required to hold your requested day and time on our schedule. The deposit is applied to the total cost of your party and is non-refundable. If you need to change the scheduled day and/or time of your party we are happy to accommodate if the new day and time is available AND we have 2-weeks’ notice.
When you arrive at the studio final payment is due before your party begins. All payments must be made by Credit or Debit Card (no cash is on hand). All members of your party will be charged per person whether participating or not.
Arrival & Departure
Please arrive at least 15-minutes early to your event. All attendees need to fill out a Diva Den Studio waiver if they have not been here studio before. If you arrive late, this will cut into your party time slot – plan ahead and help your group arrive on time!
When you’re finished, you’ll have 15-minutes to use our dressing room to change and freshen up. However, if you need more time, please chat with your instructor.
Diva Den Studio is for women only. However, we do allow men to attend private parties with prior instructor approval. Please call or email to prior to your party if you’d like to request a male participant.
All participants must be 18 years or older. There is no exceptions to this due to liability. We do however have a spa if you have younger members and would like to book a service for them during your party.
Please clean up after your party by disposing of all garbage and party swag. Your credit/debit card will be charged $25 if your mess is not cleaned up when your party is finished. Please dispose of ice or liquids in the lobby trash can.
