Workout trends come and go HIIT or Hight Intensity Interval Training is proven to be very effective.

Studies show that 15 minutes of HIIT burns more calories than jogging on a treadmill for an hour. HIIT uses a system of work-hard-then-recovery intervals, alternating between high intensity workouts with short resting periods.

So if you need a quick workout guaranteed to burn calories, HIIT is it. Diva Den Studio offers this class Mondays at 10:00am, 5:30pm and an Express class Wednesday mornings at 8:15am.
