"Why do I dance?.....Why do I breathe?"

Megzz as she is known, has always had a passion for artistic expression through music and dance. Megzz is a ball of FIRE!  Her energy is infectious! 

Her classes are almost always full of women and smiles!

Megzz has her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Foods and Nutrition.  She is also a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE)  She incorporate elements of Yoga and aerobic rhythmic exercises to create an extremely unique, centering, and fun style of dance. 

Did we mention she won the national title of Female Hoope of the Year?  Oh yea, we have one of the best!

In addition to Hoop, Megzz is available for personal training.

Megzz is originally from Virginia, but we are fortunate to have her here in Portland now!
